Then, step into the drying room and use our high-speed dryers and grooming tools to pamper your pooch as only you can. And don't worry about the mess—we'll clean it up! Can't do it yourself? We have just what you need. Our We Scrub 'em service will wash your dog for you while you wait - by appointment only - Monday thru Friday. If you haven't noticed already, things have been notably quieter around The Scrub for a while now. That's because we've relocated almost all of our blow drying equipment to remote locations outside of our drying areas. This has helped to reduce the stress of the blow drying process, for not only the dogs, but also the folks doing the work too. We've also recently added "The Hurricane" (our name for it) air filtration and blower system to a pair of our drying tables. This system will help with two things; removing excess hair from the entire room, and adding additional and significant air movement down onto the two drying tables, which will greatly reduce the time it takes to dry your dog. We hope that you find this new equipment helpful.
In our old news, but still noteworthy category - Folks are enjoying the use of our big walk-in shower, and our private tub room. The walk-in shower is great for those really large dogs and the ones who just have difficulties getting in and out of our raised tubs, while the private tub room is helpful for dogs who aren't quite as social as you'd like them to be. These rooms are fully equipped with everything you need to bathe, dry, and brush-out your dogs. They are getting great reviews. Come check 'em out if you need 'em! Keep in mind that everything Self Serve is First Come, First Served, so no reservations are available on either of these two special features. Wait times are generally less than 30 minutes, but as these gain in popularity, there may be others waiting ahead of you. It is advisable to call ahead if you need 'em. |
